Testing the board's notification system.
If it is working properly, I should get an e-mail whenever someone posts in this topic.

Well, a few hours have passed, and I have not received a notification of either reply here.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to solve the problem. I'll try asking about it in the PHPBB software user forum, but I have never had much luck getting answers in that venue.
