Well, sending blue vibes and prayers to Rojo Chingon, who tested positive for COVID, and hopefully the rest of the guys are okay, too. Puts a bit of a damper on our championship, but I hope he can celebrate despite it all.

I wondered if maybe it could have been a false positive like happened with Alex Dickerson. I hope for his sake that is what happened.

Best wishes also to former Padre (& Jint) Tim Flannery - he has been hospitalized since the weekend with a staph infection, locally. Always loved that guy, hope he will be back to his old self soon.

The reigning AL CY winner, Shane Bieber, has now reported to the Indians' camp in Goodyear a bit delayed because he was recovering from COVID. I hope he will stay healthy.

Hoping it is over soon with no further damage done to anyone else.
