Ryu on the mound for the National League, JV for the AL, tomorrow at Progressive Field.

GO NL!

Sad Same ol', same ol'. But at least it was close, though the National League lost, 4-3. Not much going on with my Dodgers, either.

I want the '70s back!

On the other hand, congratulations to Indians RHP Shane Bieber, who was named the game's MVP. The Laguna Hills product struck out the side in the fifth for the AL.

This one actually had my interest longer than some of them, even without having our players there.

Oh so do I! I remember when it was always Dave Winfield representing my Padres in the 1970s and then Tony in the 1980s & 1990s.

It got one of the lowest ratings, too. Sad How embarrassing for the Indians that their scoreboard was so messed up too - here's a link if you hadn't heard about everything that went wrong. It was almost like a minor league operation but I've seen minor leagues get things right more than this scoreboard. Smile

It was nice to see a lot of former CIF players in the game, but quite a few from O.C. Most of them were playing for the wrong side, though, lol.
