The Birthday Thread!
Strictly for us...(not for the players!)
At one point I had a list of birthdays of our members, but of course it vanished with the disappearing EZboard.
These were the ones I remember and know off the top of my head. (A couple of question marks follow because I'm not positive and may be a day or two off, so if I'm wrong, correct me, please!)
Princess Elisabeth: 3/3 (?)
Dodger Diva: 4/17 (?)
Idnas71: 5/18
SoCalGal: 6/3 (?)
Crzblue: 6/28
TrevorTime: (sometime in July)
Braveheart: 10/4
Francine (formerly MPnut): 11/9
dodgerblue6: 12/18
I'm sorry, I know there are some that are missing and in fact, I remember that at least one of them was one of our newer members, in August.
If your birthday is not listed and you would care to be remembered, please post it now. If you would like it to remain a secret, that's your prerogative, too.
In the meantime, happy belated birthday to these members whose special days I know for certain were missed during our downtime:
Crzblue ("the big one"),
SoCalGal, and
TrevorTime.

Txbb, happy belated!
Crz, you're right, I should have included the dates of the ones we missed.
Since you already filled in your own, I'll wait for the other two to come back because I'm not certain of the exact dates, just that they were in June and July.

He is so damn flexible!!! I love when he first gets out to the pen and does the ones where he spins around and then waves his arms in circles. But it must be wierd for him to just be stretching and have hundreds of people standing there staring at him and taking pictures....lol.

I wish I had a picture of this stretch that Jason does that puts me in a bunny state of mind every time I see it. He is lying on the ground on his stomach and then he pushes up with just his arms keeping his hips firmly against the ground. |

Thanks all for the birthday wishes. It was a good one!!!
The Red Sox played a great game against the Yankees...secured the wild card berth (thanks to Cleveland) even before their game was over and by defeating the Yankees and the Angels beating the Rangers the poor Yankkees ended up having to fly to CA. It turns out fairly well for the Red Sox not having to make a trek out to the West Coast. So...congratulations Yankees and enjoy the flight...LOL.
Now...I have a son with a birthday on Thursday. He'll be 18. Would be nice if they could win for him, too.
